PHTYA Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PHTYA platform, including all games, payment services, and account features available at phtya.com. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

Eligibility: 21+ Only
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use PHTYA. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Underage access is prohibited and accounts found to be in violation will be permanently closed.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one PHTYA account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
Fair Withdrawal Rules
PHTYA processes withdrawals to your registered GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, or Metrobank account. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the PHTYA platform available at phtya.com (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of PHTYA following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PHTYA with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
Eligibility
To register and use PHTYA, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling;
- You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of PHTYA, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
- You have not previously been excluded from PHTYA or any affiliated platform;
- You are not included on any self-exclusion register or prohibited persons list maintained by any gaming regulatory authority.
PHTYA reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Account Registration
To access PHTYA's games and services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form;
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
- Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;
- Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any third party;
- Notify PHTYA immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. PHTYA will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
PHTYA reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on PHTYA are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). PHTYA supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank.
Deposits:
- Deposits are credited to your PHTYA account upon successful confirmation from your payment provider;
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method;
- PHTYA does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible;
- PHTYA may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued ID and proof of address;
- Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses credited to your account;
- PHTYA reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms;
- Processing times vary by payment method. PHTYA aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days.
PHTYA is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after funds have been dispatched from the Platform.
Bonuses & Promotions
PHTYA may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
- Each bonus offer will specify its own wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. These specific terms take precedence over these general conditions;
- Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion;
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated;
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met;
- PHTYA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
- Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
Gameplay Rules
All games available on PHTYA — including Ganesh Fortune, Monster Crash, Star Fishing, Monster Hi-Lo, Virtual Sports, Multi Bet, and Legend of Perseus — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
General gameplay conditions applicable to all PHTYA games include:
- All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by any player action beyond the game mechanics;
- Bets placed and confirmed are final. PHTYA will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical error;
- In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, PHTYA will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its technical error policy. PHTYA's decision in such matters is final;
- PHTYA reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that a technical error, data feed error, or pricing error has occurred;
- Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PHTYA platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the PHTYA platform;
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or other players' experience;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
Responsible Gaming
PHTYA is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

Intellectual Property
All content on the PHTYA platform — including but not limited to the PHTYA name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of PHTYA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
- Use PHTYA's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorized;
- Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHTYA, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical errors or system failures beyond PHTYA's reasonable control;
- Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure events;
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
- Any decision made by PHTYA in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.
PHTYA's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit PHTYA's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Termination
You may close your PHTYA account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
PHTYA reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- PHTYA is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive;
- PHTYA reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account;
- You have requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
Upon termination for breach, PHTYA reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud is established, any real-money balance in your account.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
PHTYA operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
Amendments
PHTYA reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PHTYA will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
